I'm Joshua — an Atlanta REALTOR® with Red 1 Realty. I work across Intown and the broader metro, with a focus on giving clients the same quality of information I'd want if I were sitting on their side of the table.

My practice leans on three habits I don't cut corners on: verified data, clear communication, and calm negotiation. Real estate is emotional. My job is to keep it from becoming chaotic.

Outside of real estate, I'm a relentless neighborhood-walker, a coffee-shop regular in Virginia-Highland, and a believer that the best deal is the one both sides walk away feeling good about.
