I'm Joshua — an Atlanta REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty. I work across Intown and the broader metro, with a focus on giving clients the same quality of information I'd want if I were sitting on their side of the table.

My practice is built on three commitments: verified data, clear communication, and calm, disciplined negotiation. Real estate is deeply personal — my role is to bring order, clarity, and confidence to every step of it.

Outside of real estate, you'll find me exploring Atlanta's neighborhoods on foot, supporting the coffee shops of Virginia-Highland, and holding to a simple belief: the best transaction is one both sides feel good about.
